Here is our own special recipe for healthy sugar-free pancakes that your kids will love:

Ingredients:

  • 250g of wheat flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 35cl of skimmed milk
  • 35cl of water
  • a pinch of salt
  • a dessert spoon of cooking oil

Preparation:

  1. Thoroughly mix the flour, oil and salt
  2. Mix in the 3 eggs
  3. Mix the milk and water together and gradually stir into the mixture
  4. Leave to set in the fridge for one hour
  5. Heat up in a frying pan and serve with low-sugar jam, a savoury accompaniment or sugar-free chocolate
