Here is our own special recipe for healthy sugar-free pancakes that your kids will love:
Ingredients:
- 250g of wheat flour
- 3 eggs
- 35cl of skimmed milk
- 35cl of water
- a pinch of salt
- a dessert spoon of cooking oil
Preparation:
- Thoroughly mix the flour, oil and salt
- Mix in the 3 eggs
- Mix the milk and water together and gradually stir into the mixture
- Leave to set in the fridge for one hour
- Heat up in a frying pan and serve with low-sugar jam, a savoury accompaniment or sugar-free chocolate
